What is Coaching?
There are several valid definitions. For me, coaching is a professional, reflective, creative, continuous and limited relationship in time by the criteria agreed between Coach and Coachee, where the Coach facilitates through questions and Coaching tools, a space that allows the Coachee to maximize their potential. to move from a current state to the desired or target state.
For coaching to work, it is essential that the coachee is committed to carrying out actions that generate learning in order to obtain the desired change on a personal and/or professional level.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Programming
They are the mental and behavioral programs through which we organize our internal experience, and from this concept we can reprogram ourselves to achieve results and changes in our lives.
Neuro
It refers to the nervous system, source and instrument of our perceptions and our experience of living and acting in the world. It refers to both our physiology and how we think.
Linguistics
It refers to verbal language, which allows us to codify and symbolically express our experiences through words.
NLP & COACHING
It is about using the models of NLP, self-knowledge, communication and change to accompany the client in a coaching session, facilitating the transition process from the current situation to the desired one.

Coaching with the wingwave method
I am a certified coach in wingwave by Besser- Siegmund Institut and I can accompany applying this method effective in resolving situations of stress that prevent you from living in harmony.
wingwave® is a method developed by psychologists Cora Besser-Siegmund and Harry Siegmund at the Besser-Siegmund Institute in Hamburg, Germany, which combines the following elements:

Bilateral hemispheric stimulation through the simulation of REM phases (rapid eye movements) or through bilateral auditory or tactile stimuli.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Kinesiology, using the myostatic test – a muscular reaction test – which defines the ideal starting point for Coaching and to evaluate the effectiveness of the process.
There are three main areas of application of Wingwave® Coaching:
1. Stress regulation
Stress situations can occur at any time from day to day. Pressure at work, partner, children, economic situation and unforeseen changes. Whether it is occasional stress or one that drags on for longer, with wingwave coaching techniques I will help you to effectively regulate stress and manage yourself in these situations.
2. Coaching for Success
Everyone, to their measure and form, seeks success. wingwave coaching builds the foundation for success, helps you increase creativity, allows you to generate a more positive self-perception and an increase in charisma. Issues such as test anxiety and stage fright can be treated to transform them into self-confidence.
3. Belief Coaching
It is about identifying limiting beliefs that appear in your internal dialogue or that you receive from others and appropriate in your life. (Example: I'm worthless, I'm not capable of doing this). By working on beliefs you will be able to find the enabling resources that will lead you to balance and stability.
